You can book and pay online using your debit/credit card using PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account.
Please read carefully - these are the instructions for booking any course, with the Greenwich City Tennis Club.
It is important to read our club terms and conditions before any booking is made.
All members will automatically receive our monthly newsltter by email.

NOTE: Places on coaching courses are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!
Booking a course at Eltham Park
STEP 1: Create your member login (New members only)
To create your own personal account, click "Create an account" (top right), enter your details and click "Create an account" at the end.
Existing members should go straight to STEP 2.
You will be sent an email giving instructions to activate your account. Please keep this for future reference.
If you want to change your email address in the future you can update this by clicking "Update Your Details" in the User menu. This menu only appears when you are logged in.
STEP 2: Login to the site (Existing members)
Click the green Login button at the top of the page, enter your username and password and click the grey "Login" button or tap Enter.
You will now see the ONLINE BOOKINGS menu and MY ACCOUNT menu on the right hand side, where you can view any of the bookings you have made.
You can also 'Update your Details' to change your user name, Login / Password or 'Edit your Profile' for change of address, telephone numbers.
STEP 3: Booking a course
Click "Course Booking Online" in the ONLINE BOOKINGS menu on the right hand side. You will see a complete list of all courses for both adults and juniors taking place at Eltham Park.
To select an appropriate course by category (eg. Mini Red 7-8 years or Adult Beginners) click the "View by Category" drop down menu above the list.
Alternatively you can search for the course code. These codes are listed on the current programme which is located in the 'Coaching at Eltham Park' section on the right.
To book a place on your chosen course, click the green "Register" button and complete all the registrant and player details. Once completed, go to the 'Checkout' to complete your booking and process your payment.
STEP 4: Payment by credit/debit card
You are able to pay by credit/debit card which is processed via Paypal.
(NOTE: you do not need a Paypal account to use this payment facility). Please have your card details ready when you are completing your online booking.
You will receive a confirmation email from the club web site and Pay Pal confirming your booking and payment details.
Pay Later Option - Payment by cheque
If you would prefer to pay by cheque you should still book places through the online system and choose the "Pay Later" option (Choose the 'Mail in Payment' in the drop down list).
When you have completed the booking, please click the link for the 'Course Payment Form', which must be downloaded / printed and sent in the post together with your cheque.
PLEASE NOTE: Places booked using the 'Pay Later' option can only be reserved for 5 working days. Thereafter, if no payment is received your place may be allocated to another player.

Pay Later Option - Payment by Credit / Debit Card
After completing the booking using the 'Pay Later' option, you can still pay by credit/debit card rather than sending a cheque.
Login to your account and go to "View My Bookings" in the MY ACCOUNT menu on the right hand side. Click "Pay Now" on your course and click 'Pay Pal' and follow the instructions.
STEP 5: Completed your booking - Log out
To check your booking is correct go to "View My Bookings" in MY ACCOUNT menu on the right hand side.
Don't forget to log out when you have finished! Click the logout button at the top of the page or click logout link in MY ACCOUNT Menu.
